What can you find on the Lazada University portal?
1. Online learning modules
These modules are specially crafted and prepared to guide sellers on different topics such as listing your products, promotional tools, fulfilment and shipping, customer engagement and more. Tutorials and information are readily available in these modules whenever, wherever you are!
2. Livestreams
These daily livestreams are conducted by Lazada Certified Trainers who are selected successful sellers on Lazada. They cover a range of topics based on their skills and experiences in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. During the livestreams, sellers get to ask questions and have them answered live by the trainers via the chat box.
3. Upcoming Event Updates & Microsites
The portal also keeps sellers updated with upcoming events, campaigns and programs happening on Lazada.
4. My Topics
Sellers can now personalise what they would like to learn and see more in this section. Just select a favourite topic and all recommended content will appear based on the selections.
On top of that, Lazada University is now available on the Lazada Seller Center App!
