Ramadan is the holiest month for the Muslims when fasting, one of the Five Pillars of Islam is normally observed. It is also about togetherness and forges a new path for blessings to enter. While bonding can be made at any point during the year, Ramadan is the perfect time to start.
This year, the Lazada University team had the opportunity to hold an Iftar session with LazStars at De.Wan 1958 by Chef Wan, Bangsar. It was an insightful communal gathering to catch up with the LazStars on many aspects including how to strengthen current relationships, working together to cultivate more sellers to be successful on Lazada and future improvements to the platform.
LazStars are the bridge to Lazada sellers because what better way to connect with sellers than sellers themselves. They’re made up of two teams namely:
- Lazada Seller Ambassadors are selected sellers who take the initiative to organise meet-ups and bonding session with local seller community.
- Lazada Certified Trainers are selected sellers who see themselves as a mentor to other sellers in how to grow businesses by facilitating educational livestreams on Lazada University.
